All Properties will be advertised on a pay when you sell basis. There will be a £50 payment required before you advertise, should you request an advertising board for outside your house. This will include a telephone number of your choice and a specific website address (*Note ~ This is optional - you can choose not to have a board if you wish)...

Advertising with Move To Here.co.uk - Terms:
Move to here.co.uk is an advertising website 'only'. We advertise properties For Sale on a private sale basis for an initial 12 Month Period and a one off fixed fee once the property is sold. Contract renegociation and rates will apply after the initial 12 month period.
'We are not involved in property transactions in any way except for advertisement purposes'.
Property transactions are the sole responsibility of the vendor and purchaser and Movetohere.co.uk takes no responsibility for a transaction that may or may not take place.
Should a property be mis-represented in any way, Movetohere.co.uk accepts no responsibility or liability for misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to refuse to advertise.
We also reserve the right to remove adverts with immediate effect and without refund if:
* There is a case of misrepresentation within a property advertisement.
* After all reasonable efforts made by movetohere.co.uk, there is no correspondence with the vendor after a 6 month period.
* The property has not been sold after a 12 month period and/or Movetohere.co.uk has not been contacted to state that the property has been sold after a 12 month period.
Should Movetohere.co.uk enter recievership or cease to continue trading (24 hour notice will be provided to vendor clients by e-mail where possible)
Advertising Property via Private Sale:
Movetohere.co.uk is an internet property retailer and as such only 'advertise' property For Sale. We 'do not' perform estate agency duties such as introducing buyers and sellers or securing sale or purchase of a property.
In order to maintain internet property retailer compliance in line with the 'office of fair trading' we 'do not' ~ send out property particulars and/or arrange viewings ~ receive or field queries from potential sellers or buyers and pass on details to clients ~ or ~ provide clients with a 'For Sale' board and/or put it up outside your property where the board contains 'our' contact details.
Movetohere.co.uk provides the advertising of property through the movetohere.co.uk website. A clients property or properties may be advertised indirectly by Movetohere.co.uk through an advertising campaign or promotion of the
website/business; and/or associated links which may include search engines, partner/associate websites and local/national press.
You may opt to purchase a sale board and as such this will display 'your' contact details (private phone number or mobile of choice) and a specific website address so that prospective purchasors can view your particular property online and
then contact you directly. The page does not have a direct link to our main website or direct contact information to movetohere.co.uk such as an e-mail or telephone number.
